Cancellation / Refund Policy

a) Every effort is made so as to service the orders placed, as per the specifications and timelines mentioned with respect to services. If due to any unforeseen circumstances or limitations from our side, the service is not provided then such order stands cancelled and the amount paid by You is refunded.

b) We will not process the refund or cancellation of the services, if you have placed the purchase after the trail version.

c) When you make a qualifying refund request, we may refund the full amount, less any additional cost incurred by us in providing such services.

d) Refund shall be only considered once the Customer concerned produces relevant documents and proof.

e) In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 15 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

f) Once qualified, the refunds are applied to the original payment option and it may take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
